Meatstock is back for more BBQ, Bands, and Bedlam! Meatstock 2025 is set to return with a sensory explosion on 7-8 March in Toowoomba and 14-15 March in Bendigo. This event celebrates the best of barbecue culture, live music, and unforgettable good times.

“Meatstock is a weekend of like-minded music and barbecue-crazed people, with lots of families hanging out, camping together, and enjoying amazing, authentic barbecue, great music, and really fun entertainment. The energy is amazing!” enthused Jay Beaumont, Director of Meatstock.

The Jack Daniel’s live stage will feature international country superstars alongside some of Australia’s finest music talent. Performances include:

After a successful inaugural year in New Zealand, Fire Kitchen is now in Toowoomba, featuring some of the world's best pitmasters serving barbecue-tasting dishes cooked over live fire, including international renowned chef Marcos Livi from Brazil.

In the BBQ pit yard, national and international teams will compete in the Heat Beads BBQ Wars for the title of best in their specific protein category, alongside the Butcher Wars showcasing talented butchers.

There's a wealth of exciting competitions, including the Better Beer Dad Bod Contest, the Beard and Mo Wars, and Australia’s Strongest Man and Woman competition. Enjoy muscle-popping Arm Battles and the crowd-favorite Sausage Sizzle Throwdown, with action around every corner.

Take a break from the heat at the Big Rig Rumble, featuring some of the country’s most impressive trucks, and explore the extensive BBQ expo for all your at-home barbecue needs or even visit the on-site tattoo station.

As the sun sets, prepare for an epic fire show that lights up the night, followed by a spectacular fireworks display. Meatstock is the ultimate celebration of barbecue culture and a carnivore’s dream!
