Bluff Fest is an 18+ mini outdoor music festival taking place on Saturday, November 30th, 2024, in Buhk Family Park, adjacent to Alexandra Headland Surf Life Saving Club.
This all-original outdoor live music festival aims to raise funds for the Alexandra Headland Surf Life Saving Club while supporting the Sunshine Coast's original live music scene and the local community.
Headlining the festival are:
The Grogans - An Australian garage rock band from Melbourne, formed in 2016. They have released four studio albums, with their most recent, Find Me A Cloud, released in 2023. They are heavily influenced by 1960s surf rock and have gained significant popularity on the Sunshine Coast and beyond.
The Terrys - An Australian indie rock band from Gerringong, formed in early 2020. They debuted with the EP The TerrySonic Mixtape in September 2021, followed by their studio album True Colour, released in October 2022, which peaked at number 17 on the ARIA Charts in March 2023. Their second album, Skate Pop, was released in February 2024.
The line-up also features supporting acts including Shag Rock, Nana’s Pie, Emily Rink Band, Brook St, and Karlou.

Alexandra Headland Surf Life Saving Club presents ‘Bluff Fest’, an 18+ mini outdoor-music festival , Saturday November 30 th 2024 in the Buhk Family Park , adjacent to Alex Surf Club. Bluff Fest is an all-original outdoor live music festival, raising funds to keep Alexandra Headland Beach safe via Alexandra Headland Surf Life Saving Club, supporting the Sunshine Coast original live music scene and the local community. The bill is an all-Australian, all-original line-up compiled of local and interstate touring artists. Co-Headlining the festival are The Grogans , an Australian garage rock band from Melbourne. The trio, since forming in 2016, they have released four studio albums– most recently, Find Me A Cloud in 2023, and three extended plays. The trio cites surf rock from the 1960s as a major influence for their sound and has witnessed soaring popularity on the Sunshine Coast and beyond. In conjunction, The Terrys are an Australian indie rock band from Gerringong that formed in early 2020, will co-headline Bluff Fest.
