Overview

Amidst a beautifully themed ballroom, feast on a Christmas buffet lunch offering the freshest Australian seafood, traditional ham and turkey, and a selection of hot dishes, salads and desserts. Lunch includes a 3-hour beverage package along with live music on shared tables of 10, plus a visit from Santa! Lunch Menu FAQS: What are the table configurations/can I have a private table?  We are doing shared tables of 10. The only way to have a private table is to have 10pax in your group. Our group has more than 10 people, can we all sit together?  We have limited availability for tables of maximum 12 people. Groups larger than 12 will be spilt across multiple tables but allocated next to each other. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?  No refunds are available.  I don’t drink alcohol/am pregnant – can I have a lower priced ticket?  No, all tickets come combined with the beverage package. What is included in the beverage package?  A selection of basic beer, wine and soft drink. I only drink spirits, will you have them available?  We will have basic spirits available for purchase on the day. We will also have a selection of premium wines and cocktails for purchase as well. Do you provide highchairs?  Yes, please mention you require one at time of booking. Can I use my RACV voucher to pay?  No, this is a ticketed special event. I am an RACV/Auto Club/Seniors Card holder/Staff member, does my discount apply?  No, as this is a special event, no discounts apply. Do you cater for dietary requirements?  RACV Royal Pines Resort will cater to special dietary requirements that are for medical and/or religious reasons only. This does not include lifestyle or fad diets. All our food is Halal Certified. Please mention at time of booking. Can you sit us with our family/friends?  Of course! Either book and pay all together, or book and pay separately – mentioning the table name in your booking and you will be allocated together. Is there a dress code?  Smart casual /resort casual
