During the class, you'll prepare Anna’s authentic Tiramisu using her secrets and tips for achieving exceptional taste. You’ll also learn how to bake a perfect pastry for Nonna’s Crostata cake with Apricot jam, and using leftover pastry, you'll create various biscuits, including our favorites, Bottoni (Buttons), which pair perfectly with Italian espresso or afternoon tea.

Have you got a sweet tooth? This class has been created just for you. During this class you are going to prepare Anna’s Tiramisu’ with all her secrets and helpful tricks to make an exceptional authentic Italian Tiramisu’. You’ll master how to bake a perfect pastry, preparing our Nonna’s Crostata cake with Apricot jam and with the left over pastry we are going to prepare different types of biscuits, our favourites are Bottoni(Buttons), perfect with Italian espresso coffee or afternoon Tea.
