Sip sip hooray, it's back for its second year! Join us for Global Champagne Day at the Savvy Squire, where we'll celebrate the occasion together.
Doors open at 11:30 AM with arrival canapés in the Riverside Bar, featuring stunning views of the Mooloolah River. Following this, you will move into the Twilight Room, where you'll enjoy a carefully crafted two-course menu (entree and main) amidst moody timbers, warm industrial lighting, and modern furnishings. The experience concludes back in the Riverside Bar with Cheese & Dessert stations, allowing you to take in the breathtaking views.
Five sommelier-selected Champagnes will complement the culinary offerings, and there will be guest speakers and unique Champagne hampers to win.

Doors open at 11.30am with arrival canapés in the Riverside Bar overlooking the Mooloolah River, you will then move into the Twilight Room amongst the moody timbers, warm industrial lighting and modern furnishings for the carefully crafted two course menu (entree and main) finished off with heading back into the Riverside Bar for Cheese & Dessert stations while taking in the view. The Five Champagnes have been sommelier selected to complement the cuisine offering. There will be guest speakers, plus unique Champagne hampers to be won.
