Hoodoo Gurus have announced a second Gold Coast show as part of their Back to the Stoneage 2024 National Tour, performing their debut album, Stoneage Romeos, in its entirety along with all their hits.
Celebrating 40 years since the release of Stoneage Romeos, the album features iconic tracks such as Leilani, Tojo, My Girl, and I Want You Back. Originally released in March 1984, Stoneage Romeos reached #29 on the Australian Album Chart and won Best Debut Album at the 1984 Countdown Awards. It has consistently been recognized among the Top 10 on various Australian album lists.
The Gold Coast show will take place at Miami Marketta on Sunday, December 8th.
Dave Faulkner remarked, “Stoneage Romeos was a pivotal album for us, and many of its songs have remained live favorites ever since. It’ll be great to play some of those ‘less-travelled’ songs from it on this tour. To my mind that’s a win-win situation.”
