Get ready to indulge your taste buds and impress your friends and family with your newfound Italian dessert-making skills. The classes will be held in person at 55 Bronzewing Cct at 10:00 AM (Australian Eastern Standard Time). If you love desserts, this class is a must!

During this class, you will prepare “La Torta della Nonna,” mastering the art of making a vanilla and lemon zest pastry and the Italian crema pasticcera from scratch. You will also learn to create a special Origins coffee or chocolate-flavored panna cotta.

Later, there's a late afternoon tea where you’ll taste the “Torta della Nonna” and panna cotta, accompanied by Italian espresso coffee, cappuccino, latte, or tea. You will take home your “Torta della Nonna” cake and panna cotta, allowing you to share these fabulous desserts with your family. Additionally, you’ll receive a recipe book for the class.

All recipes are hands-on, with a maximum of 14 participants ensuring personalized attention and effective learning.

This course is suitable for any skill level and participants aged 15 and above are welcome. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts, and don't forget to bring your biggest smile and 500g of enthusiasm!
