Welcome to our Italian Pasta Cooking Class! Join us for a fun, hands-on experience where you'll learn to make delicious Italian pasta from scratch. Anna and Sara will guide you step by step, ensuring you leave with the skills to impress your friends and family.
In this class, you’ll master the art of making fresh handmade pasta, including hand-cut tagliatelle and Tortelli Maremmani (big ravioli) with a filling made from scratch. You'll also learn how to prepare two delicious sauces to accompany the pasta. After cooking, we’ll enjoy a small feast featuring the dishes we've prepared, complemented by a glass of Prosecco.
At the end of the class, you’ll take home the pasta you made and receive a recipe book for the class. Cooking is more enjoyable with others, and this experience promises lots of food, drinks, and laughter.

You’ll master the art of making fresh handmade pasta, you’ll learn how to use a manual pasta machine and a rolling pin, make two different kinds of pasta (hand cut tagliatelle, Tortelli Maremmani = big ravioli) with a filling that you will prepare from scratch. We’ll show you how to prepare two different delicious sauces to accompany, and then we’ll cook the pasta, and we’ll have a small feast with a degustation of what we have prepared. A glass of Prosecco is included to further enhance the pasta we prepared. At the end of the class, you will take home your production to share with your family, friends and loved ones, and you’ll get the recipe book for the class you attended.
