During the class, you'll master:

Antipasto (entrée)
Prepare traditional fresh tomato and basil bruschetta and a gourmet variation.

Primo (main)
Learn to make traditional Orecchiette and Maccheroni al ferretto pasta, and create the classic Amatriciana sauce.

Dolce (dessert)
Make a recipe from the Piedmont region: Piedmontese peaches, oven-baked with chocolate and amaretti biscuits.

After cooking, you'll feast on the bruschetta, pasta, and dessert you've prepared, complemented by a glass of Italian wine, as is customary in Italy. You’ll take home the orecchiette, maccheroni al ferretto, and dessert to share with your loved ones, along with a recipe book from the class.

No prior cooking experience is necessary—just come with a hunger for learning and a love for Italian cuisine. Class sizes are limited to ensure personalized attention, with a maximum of 14 participants.

Italian Lunch is going to be really fun and you'll master: Antipasto (entrée) You are going to prepare the traditional fresh tomato and basil bruschetta and a gourmet variation of it. Primo (main) You’ll learn to prepare traditional Orecchiette and Maccheroni al ferretto pasta, then we’ll show you how to create the traditional Amatriciana sauce. Dolce (dessert) You’ll prepare a recipe from Piedmont region: Piedmontese peaches – oven baked with chocolate and amaretti biscuits. Then we’ll cook the pasta that Anna and Sara have prepared, and we’ll feast on the bruschetta, the pasta and dessert we have prepared. A glass of Italian wine will be offered to you as Italians do with their friends when they eat together. At the end of the class, you will take home the orecchiette and maccheroni al ferretto and the dessert you made to share with your family, friends and loved ones, and you’ll get the recipe book for the class you attended.
