Ciao pasta lovers! Ready to elevate your pasta game? Join us for our second Italian pasta cooking class with Anna and Sara, where you’ll learn how to make authentic Italian pasta from scratch. Don’t miss out on this deliciously fun event!
You will master the art of making fresh handmade pasta, using a manual pasta machine and a roller. In this class, you’ll create two different kinds of pasta: Tortellini Emiliani and Girasole round ravioli, each with unique fillings. Additionally, you'll prepare two delicious sauces to complement your pasta.
At the end of the class, you'll enjoy a degustation of your creations, accompanied by a glass of Prosecco. You’ll also take home your pasta, allowing you to impress family and friends, along with a recipe book of what you learned.
Our recipes are hands-on, and each participant will work at a private bench space in a class of no more than 12 people, ensuring you receive personalized attention and guidance.
Class Menu: - Pasta from scratch - Tortellini Emiliani (traditional filling: prosciutto, mortadella, veal, pork, parmesan) - Girasole round ravioli (mascarpone, potatoes, basil, smoked herring) - Two different Italian sauces: creamy burrata sauce and express ragù - Degustation with a glass of Italian Prosecco
Class Ingredients: Fine semolina flour, plain flour, eggs, Parmesan, butter, prosciutto, veal mince, pork mince, nutmeg, mortadella, mascarpone, potatoes, smoked herring, crushed tomato, basil, extra virgin olive oil, onion, white wine.
Everything you need will be provided, including ingredients, apron, and tools. This course is suitable for any skill level, and participants must be 15 years or older. Come ready to learn and have fun!

We’ll show you how to prepare two different delicious sauces that perfectly match the pasta you produce. Then we’ll cook the pasta, and we’ll celebrate our time together with a degustation of what we have prepared washed down with a glass of Prosecco to make it a true party. At the end of the class, you will take home your pasta, that way you can cook for your family and for the people you love. Last but not least, you’ll get the recipe book of the class you attended. All our recipes are hands on, you’ll be working at your private bench space with a maximum of 12 participants to ensure that every one of you will be well looked after and to maximise your learning and help you to master the necessary skills.
