This class is perfect for couples or small groups looking to immerse themselves in the art of Tuscan cuisine. You will prepare:

  • Antipasto (Entrée): Traditional Tuscan Panzanella
  • Primo (Main): Cipollino’s Ravioli
  • Dolce (Dessert): Adriana’s Sbriciolata Cake

Together, we’ll cook the Cipollino’s Ravioli and savor the Panzanella, pasta, and dessert while enjoying a glass of Italian wine, creating a proper Italian feast. At the end of the class, you will take home the Cipollino’s Ravioli and a small Adriana’s Sbriciolata Cake, along with the recipe book from the class.

All recipes are hands-on, and you will work at your private bench space in a class with a maximum of 12 participants, ensuring personalized attention to enhance your learning experience.

Class Menu: - Traditional Panzanella (a Tuscan summer salad with bread, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, and basil) - Handmade Cipollino’s Ravioli (filled with onion and mascarpone, topped with parmesan, served with whipped butter and sage sauce) - Adriana’s Sbriciolata Cake - Degustation and a glass of Italian wine

Class Ingredients: Bread, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, basil, fine semolina flour, plain flour, eggs, onions, mascarpone, parmesan, milk, rum, cocoa powder, butter, sugar, corn starch, cherry jam.
