Physical access will be from 10:00am once gates are open to Members and Owners, however we are able to take calls from 9.00am.Please note, a Cloak Room is available at the Raceday Office. All cloaked items must be collected before 5:30pm. After this time, cloaked items not collected can be picked up from the BRC Administration Office during the week.Dietary RequirementsPlease note: If you have a dietary requirement, every effort will be made to accommodate this. All care is taken when preparing dietary requests. As our kitchens are fresh cook, there may be traces of lactose, gluten, nuts, tree nuts, seafood, shellfish and egg products. Please email your dietary requirements tosales@brc.com.au.External Food and BeveragePlease note external food and beverages are strictly prohibited. Guests are able to purchase food and beverages from the retail outlets on course.Important InformationPlease note as Brisbane Racing Club is a Licenced Venue you may be asked for ID when on course.Acceptable Forms of ID include: Current Australian driver licence or learner permit, passport (from any country), adult proof of age card, a recognised proof of age card (eg. Keypass identity card) or foreign driver license. These can be hard copy ID or official digital ID. The ID must be current and have a photograph of the person and their date of birth. Expired IDs will not be accepted.It is an offence for a minor to be on licensed premises in Queensland unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising the minor. Minors must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian who is old enough to be their parent. (ie. An 18-year-old accompanying a 17-year-old would not be considered a suitable guardian).Terms and ConditionsPlease note Moshtix transaction fees apply on all purchases.
