Celebrating the announcement of his forthcoming album 'It’s Lovely To Have You Here', due for release on Friday 11 October, Kim Churchill is embarking on his biggest Australian tour to date! Hitting the road in December, Kim will be playing over 50 shows across capital cities and his favorite small towns.
His tour will stretch from Melbourne to the Byron Bay Blues and Roots Festival, reaching the far corners of Tasmania and north Queensland. In true nomadic style, he has packed his schedule for 6 months with performances in National Parks, botanic gardens, natural amphitheatres, and some of Australia's most renowned venues.
A staple in the Australian and International folk scene, Kim Churchill continues to resonate with audiences worldwide through his laid-back acoustic sound. Raised in the coastal town of Merimbula, Kim's decade-long industry experience has been recognized with accolades such as Australia's National Youth Folk Artist of the Year and a nomination for the National Live Music Awards Roots Act of the Year.
