You’ll learn the mastery of making fresh handmade pasta, use a manual pasta machine and a roller, prepare the traditional slow cooked Italian Ragu’ and our special Bechamel sauce. We’ll show you all the secrets and hints to create a perfectly balanced, tasty and delicious Lasagna, then we’ll cook the Lasagna that Anna and Sara have prepared, and we’ll enjoy it with a glass of Italian red wine which, as we say in Italy “con la lasagna e’ la morte sua” (literally: red wine with lasagna, is its perfect death meaning that they are a perfect match). At the end of the class, you will take home the tray of Lasagna you prepared to cook and share with the people you love, and you’ll get the recipe book of the class you attended.
