Canada’s biggest alt-rock export, Mother Mother, are excited to return to Australia and make their debut in New Zealand this November for their largest tour yet! Kicking off in Auckland on November 14, the tour will continue through Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney, concluding in Perth on November 25.
Vocalist, songwriter, and guitarist Ryan Guldemond expresses their enthusiasm: “We adore our fans in this part of the world. We’ve always been met with wide open arms and we can’t wait to create an epic night of indie rock and positive vibes. We are excited to finally be able to visit New Zealand after our last shows there were postponed. We truly can’t wait!”
The tour announcement comes alongside the release of their new single, “Explode!” from the highly anticipated album, Grief Chapter, released on February 16. The album was introduced by the lead single “Normalize,” featuring a video directed by acclaimed horror director Colin Minihan, and followed by the uplifting tracks “To My Heart” and “The Matrix.”
