This course covers a range of topics including: - Working with different flours - Add-ins and flavored breads - Alternative shaping techniques - Managing your starter: ideas and troubleshooting - An introduction to baguettes - Non-bread sourdough recipes - Fun with scoring and stencils
You will get hands-on experience with dough and take home a folder of resources along with your freshly baked sourdough. Please bring 3 containers of about 1 litre capacity to take home the dough. All equipment and lovely refreshments will be provided. Feel free to share any special sourdough interests upon purchasing a ticket, and we will do our best to include them!
