Overview

Off the back of their recently released sixth studio album Hyperbolic, Aussie festival favourites PNAU will be returning to Australia this summer!

Kicking off in Perth on November 22nd, PNAU will then take their exhilarating live show along the east coast of Australia, landing at Miami Marketta for a Gold Coast show on Saturday, 7th December.

Expect to hear some of their latest tracks from Hyperbolic, along with hits like ‘Go Bang’, ‘Chameleon’, and their multi-billion streaming hit ‘Cold Heart’. 2024 also marks the 25th anniversary of PNAU’s debut album Sambanova, which has achieved mythical status by its rarity and left fans eager for a re-release.

Released earlier this year, Hyperbolic is PNAU’s first LP since 2017’s mind-altering Changa. The album features A-list collaborators including Khalid, Troye Sivan, Bebe Rexha, and Empire of the Sun, and includes four brand new tracks, including ‘Nostalgia’. Since their last album, PNAU exploded onto the global stage with their Elton John & Dua Lipa recording ‘Cold Heart’, garnering billions of streams and multiple awards. Hyperbolic showcases the breadth of PNAU’s songwriting and production prowess, transitioning from underground raves and clubs to disco and pop-tinged anthems while maintaining their unmistakable dance floor sound.

Nick Littlemore and Peter Mayes have been raving together since meeting in high school in Sydney and forming PNAU shortly thereafter. They released their ARIA Award-winning debut album Sambanova in 1999, followed by Again in 2003, their self-titled album Pnau in 2007, and Soft Universe in 2011. In 2012, PNAU collaborated with Elton John for the first time, delivering Elton a UK #1 album with Good Morning To The Night. In 2016, their multiplatinum hits ‘Go Bang’ and ‘Chameleon’ featuring Kira Divine became inescapable on the airwaves, winning multiple ARIA Awards and climbing the Billboard Dance charts. Their fifth studio album Changa followed in 2017, with Kira adding a new dimension to PNAU’s live shows and recordings.

With the phenomenal success of ‘Cold Heart,’ PNAU has become one of Australia’s highest streaming musical exports and one of the most successful dance acts globally. They continue to collaborate with some of the biggest artists around the world, being sought out for their unique artistry and production skills. In recent years, PNAU contributed to the ELVIS soundtrack with ‘Don’t Fly Away’, remixed Diana Ross and Tame Impala’s track ‘Turn Up The Sunshine’, and also remixed Lizzo’s track ‘2 Be Loved’.
