Join a team of volunteers to help survey the red-legged pademelons in Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve. Our team conducts regular seasonal surveys to monitor pademelon numbers and behavior. The survey lasts approximately 1 - 2 hours, with observations made from the track. Anyone interested in observing native wildlife is welcome to join. Binoculars are useful, and participants should remain quiet to minimize disturbance. Numbers are limited, and registration is essential. Meet in front of the Rainforest Discovery Centre at 7:15 am for a 7:30 am start.
