Off the back of a whirlwind few years, Perth emo-pop-rock sweethearts Those Who Dream are heading out on a highly anticipated headline tour of the East Coast this October. They will celebrate the release of their new EP ‘Therapy Machine’ on Friday, October 11/18, and are eager to connect with fans during live performances.
“We couldn’t be more excited to bring our upcoming EP Therapy Machine to intimate venues around the East Coast and have a crazy once-in-a-lifetime experience that leaves all of us fundamentally changed as people. Expect 117% energy, alt rock with sprinklings of nu metal, pop and 15 other genres, a LGBTQ+ safe space and inescapable infectious joy.”
Presented by Destroy All Lines and sponsored by Transgenre Festival, the tour kicks off on October 18, featuring support from Days Like These and Peni Parker.
Those Who Dream have been on a steady trajectory, touring with Good Things Festival in 2022, headlined by Bring Me The Horizon and Deftones. They have showcased their genre-bending, instrument-switching, electric-yet-vulnerable live show while supporting international acts like Mayday Parade, Real Friends, Nothing But Thieves, and GIRLI, as well as local favorites Short Stack, Forever Ends Here, and Belle Haven. Described by The Livewire Au as Willy Wonky and the Chocolate Funktory, Those Who Dream are building their legacy as a must-see live act that you’ll have to experience to believe.
