Frontier Touring is excited to announce the return of multi-Platinum alt-rock trio Wallows, bringing their biggest global headline tour thus far to arenas in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Wellington, and Auckland this December – the Model Tour 2024. This tour is in celebration of the band’s highly anticipated third studio album, Model, produced by John Congleton and set to be released on May 24 via Atlantic Records.
The Model World Tour will kick off with 38 dates across North America, Europe, and the UK, including performances at renowned venues such as Madison Square Garden in New York City and Alexandra Palace in London. Following their previous tour in AU/NZ in 2022, which sold out rapidly, fans are encouraged to secure their tickets for these newly announced shows.
Wallows, composed of Dylan Minnette, Braeden Lemasters, and Cole Preston, have been best friends since childhood, beginning their musical journey in the LA music program Join the Band nearly two decades ago. In March 2022, they released their sophomore album, Tell Me That It’s Over, produced by 3x GRAMMY Award-winner Ariel Rechtshaid. This album showcased Wallows' evolving sound, blending genres such as lo-fi post-punk, indie-folk, and early ’90s dance-pop psychedelia, building on the success of their debut album, Nothing Happens.
The band has headlined sold-out shows globally and performed at major festivals, including Coachella, Lollapalooza, and Reading and Leeds.
