Frontier Touring is excited to announce the return of multi-Platinum alt-rock trio Wallows, bringing their biggest global headline tour to arenas in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Wellington, and Auckland this December – the Model Tour 2024.
This tour celebrates the band’s highly anticipated third studio album, Model, produced by John Congleton. The album will be released on May 24 via Atlantic Records.
Wallows will kick off the Model World Tour with 38 dates across North America, Europe, and the UK, including performances at iconic venues such as Madison Square Garden in New York City and Alexandra Palace in London. Following their previous tour in AU/NZ, which sold out quickly, fans are encouraged to secure tickets for these newly announced shows.
Wallows consists of Dylan Minnette, Braeden Lemasters, and Cole Preston, who have been best friends since the age of 11. They began their musical journey in the LA music program Join the Band nearly two decades ago. In March 2022, the band released their sophomore album, Tell Me That It’s Over, produced by 3x GRAMMY Award-winner Ariel Rechtshaid.
Tell Me That It’s Over showcases Wallows’ evolution in sonic exploration, blending lo-fi post-punk, indie-folk, and early ’90s dance-pop psychedelia into their creative vision. This album followed their popular 2019 debut, Nothing Happens, produced by GRAMMY Award-winner John Congleton, which became one of the highest streamed debuts of that year.
In the live setting, Wallows have headlined sold-out shows worldwide and performed at major festivals, including Coachella, Lollapalooza, Reading, and Leeds.
