Frontier Touring is thrilled to announce the return of the multi-Platinum alt-rock trio Wallows, who will embark on their biggest global headline tour to date this December. The tour, titled the Model Tour 2024, will make stops in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Wellington, and Auckland. The excitement surrounds the band’s highly anticipated third studio album, Model, which is set to be released on May 24 via Atlantic Records.
Wallows will kick off the Model World Tour with 38 dates across North America, Europe, and the UK, featuring debut performances at renowned venues such as Madison Square Garden and Alexandra Palace. Following their previous tour in Australia and New Zealand in 2022, which sold out quickly, fans are encouraged to secure their tickets for these newly announced shows.
The trio, composed of Dylan Minnette, Braeden Lemasters, and Cole Preston, have been best friends since childhood, having started their musical journey together in an LA music program nearly two decades ago. In March 2022, they released their sophomore album, Tell Me That It’s Over, produced by 3x GRAMMY Award-winner Ariel Rechtshaid. This album showcased Wallows' evolving sound, blending various musical styles, from lo-fi post-punk and indie-folk to early '90s dance-pop psychedelia.
Tell Me That It’s Over is the follow-up to Wallows' popular 2019 debut album, Nothing Happens, which became one of that year’s highest-streamed debuts. Wallows have headlined sold-out shows globally and graced major festivals such as Coachella, Lollapalooza, Reading, and Leeds.
